Founded in 1989, the Law Offices of Thor
O. Emblem stemmed from 20 years as a
San Diego developer and contractor.
Initially focusing on real estate contracts,
construction defect litigation, and
construction and real estate transactions,
the firm soon expanded into the areas of
insurance bad faith and fraud litigation.
Shortly after the transition from real
estate litigation, the firm began offering
services in the areas of defective products,
major injury and death, public entity
liability, government contracts, Court of
Claims litigation, and complex business
litigation.
