The Joint Committee on Energy and
Environmental Policy is a joint labor
(California SMWIA Locals) and management
(California SMACNA Chapters) Task Force
charged with the responsibility to monitor
and influence energy policy in the State of
California as it pertains to and impacts the
HVAC and sheet metal building construction
industry all for the purposes of improving
quality of life for all Californians as well
as gaining market share for California
SMACNA contractors and SMWIA members.
